Bleep was chosen, despite a competitive tender process, due to our proven track record servicing the Dining industry and also through Bleep's reputation of quality and innovation as a designer and manufacturer of touch screen till terminals.

The Oyster and Otter required a fully integrated EPOS system that offered point of sale efficiency and effectiveness in the restaurant, at the bar, and in the takeaway, while providing overall management and control over stock, sales and staff. The system also needed to be flexible enough to changes, both in the short term, in terms of daily menu amendments and the long term, in terms of the businesses future growth.

Although this presented some challenges for Bleep, due to the required integration of features and functionalities of multiple industries all in the one operation, the installation and was quick and simple, with our EPOS system exceeding requirements since the initial opening. Queens Park Rangers Football Club, with catering and hospitality provided by Azure Catering, required a flexible EPOS solution for their Loftus Road stadia that only Bleep had the experience to provide. The first phase of the project required a full EPOS solution to equip the kiosks and members bar areas with a system that would excel in a fast service environment.

Bleep installed an effective solution geared towards a this specific environment, which also dealt with the unique factors sports stadia and events venue entail. Due to limited space in the kiosks, our terminals had to be small, to fit into the surroundings, but also quick to limit queues and reduce service time, maximising the spend per head and customer experience. In order to assist with this, our terminals in the kiosk areas also offered the option for contactless payment, one of the first stadia's to do so; ensuring service during the match, without missing the action.

Since installation, service times are as fast as ever, thanks to Bleep and the contactless payment integration, while still maintaining the highest standard of service. Phase 2 of the project, to be implemented soon, will cover the entire stadium, including the executive and conferencing facilities, providing QPR with a complete, first class solution, for first class facilities.

Bleep are the supplier of EPOS solutions for two of the MEN Arenas most coveted areas, The View Bar, an alternative to the concourse areas, and the arenas Executive Suites, of which there are 24, with private bar, full catering menu and waiter service. What we installed was a solution that was quick and effective in processing transactions, a vital attribute for a leading events venue, as service time is limited during any event, so fast transactions are necessary to maximise sales. Salford City Reds, an English Rugby League club who play in the Super League, required an EPOS Solution in the Retail Store at their new home. Cost effectiveness and value were primary concerns, but reliability, speed and ease of use also crucial factors. Bleep was identified following extensive research to select the best equipped supplier, highlighted by our work at similar operations, such as Liverpool FC and the Manchester Arena.

The Reds chose to install the Bleep TS-915 Terminals, with cool and sharp black and white lines, aesthetically in keeping with the rest of the environment. Customer Facing Displays were also required specifically for digital advertising, be it club fixtures and news, special offers, or paid for third party advertisements. The usual peripherals completed the solution with Web Back Office also deployed to allow for complete control and management of all online and offline sales and stock.

Salford's operation has immediately benefitted from the install of a Bleep system, an EPOS system now in fitting with the impressive surroundings of the Salford City Stadium. The increase in footfall on match days meant it was imperative that the tills could serve as many customers as possible, which they do in a fast and simple fashion. Our Customer Facing Displays are a new revenue source through advertisement opportunities as well as up-selling Reds products and services. W-BO ensures a level of management and control the club has not seen before, allowing for more informed decisions on sales, stock and staffing.
