W-BO : Web Back Office



Bleep's Web Back Office (W-BO) is a unique product.

As with our legacy B-BO, (Bleep Back Office) most EPoS sales and stock control packages are applications that are loaded locally onto the clients computer.

W-BO is different in that the application resides on our Web servers and is accessed through a standard Web browser such as Internet Explorer on the PC or Safari on the Mac.

This means that you can gain access to your data from literally anywhere in the world.

  • In the past, legacy systems have always struggled to give mutliple retailers the information they need. Whether it be site level access or Head Office access, communications between the two have always been plagued with problems and data synchronisation issues.

    W-BO has none of these infrastructure problems. Whether you have one site or many sites, W-BO has a single point of contact for all users.

    Local site level users or Managers can access their information simply by supplying their credentials in the same manner that Head Office staff can access the global scope of information for their entire operation.

    As a module driven service, rather than an application, W-BO maintains the competitive edge in that the service is charged for on a monthly basis and modules may be activated or deactivated as required.

    W-BO Core Module (Required)


    The W-BO Core Module contains all of the facilities you need to control your business on a day-to-day basis.
    Owners / management can view live sales data from any of their stores (branches) directly across the Internet.
    Full end of day reporting for all sales products, cash turnover and staff performance is provided.
    New products and price changes can be introduced online & downloaded to the EPoS terminals in the field either by schedule or on demand.

    W-BO Pro


    The Pro module of W-BO adds the ability to control your stock and recipes.

    Stock taking, ordering and invoicing applets allow you to ensure that stock levels and financial data are maintained across your business, whilst the recipe costing module enables you to drill down, creating and costing recursive menus and dishes.

    This allows for infinite control over your re-ordering decisions and processes to better automate and simplify your business model.

    In line with the core W-BO structure, W-BO Pro is scaleable and can be used by any size of enterprise, from single restaurant to multiple chain.

    W-BO SMS


    This small module helps to keep you in touch when you can’t spare the time to log into our web service.

    Reports and alerts can be customized and sent to nominated mobile telephones via sms messages.

    This module is handy for people who travel or have multiple businesses which need to report their status on a regular basis.



    W-BO HACCP Temperature Monitoring


    Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a systematic preventive approach to food safety. HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCPs) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized.

    The most common CCP is cooking; another is food storage and refrigeration.

    Using the Bleep TP-501, key areas such as store rooms, refrigeration cabinets, chiller cabinets and even deep freezers can be monitored wirelessly and the data recorded in w-bo for future analysis, negating the need for staff to constantly monitor and record temperatures.

    Each module can be customized to accept and react to a specific range of temperatures which, when activated, will not only log the problem but will also inform the EPoS system that a particular unit alarm has triggered and produce clear, informative messages on the nominated PoS Printers. (Such as Kitchen Printers or Receipt Printers)

    Utilising Radio Frequency technology, the TP-501 requires a wireless router to be present to relay information to the w-bo server. A virtually unlimited number of TP-501 units may function within the same area as each unit has a unique MAC address.

    An internal high–power battery ensures that the unit remains active and sending signals for up to 3 years. Battery status can be checked via the w-bo interface.

    W-BO IP Surveillance Module


    For the security conscious, multiple IP cameras (wired or wireless) can be installed into your establishment(s) to record and monitor events which can be later recalled for review.

    All footage recorded is streamed to a small, unobtrusive server which captures the information for a pre-configured period of time. (Usually a calendar month)

    For maximum protection, this data can also be streamed to our online backup servers to be used in the event of an onsite failure.

    Data recorded is time stamped by the minute and can be referenced online, usually within 60 seconds.





    Used in conjunction with our EPoS terminals, all till events can be synchronized and replayed on demand, which allows for IP cameras to be trained on the point of sale to identify differences between till logs and real events.

    W-BO Dispense Management


    Bleep Dispense Management comprises of a complete family of wireless products that provides control solutions for every aspect of beverage dispensing and inventory management.

    It tracks the Who, What, How Much and When of every pour in real time!

    W-BO (Dispense) also provides inventory management of all open goods entered into the system and dispensing can be checked against POS receipts identifying problems for immediate resolution.
