Bleep UK PLC offers a full support service to customers, provided by our own in-house team, whether you require advice, upgrades, or should any issues arise. We strive to always keep your EPOS system and Payment solution working. Our out of hour’s service is available to BleepCare Plan customers only for problems of an emergency nature.
The BleepCare plan is the best way to protect your investment in Bleep Technology. It is an annual extended warranty to cover all your hardware and software support requirements. By taking out the BleepCare Plan, you will benefit from FREE unlimited repairs for the life of the support agreement, as well as one-stop service and support from Bleep experts, where most issues are resolved in a single call.
We recognise the importance that your EPOS system plays within your business operation, hence why we have dedicated, trained staff, with knowledge of your business and your system, providing ongoing support whenever you require it.
Our offices are open as normal until Tuesday 24th December and then usual hours resume on Thursday 2nd January. Details of our office and support hours between this period can be found on our dedicated Christmas Opening Hours page.

This single telephone number will provide access to all support services, helping us to assist you more effectively and efficiently, with direct contact with technical support specialists, therefore removing any ambiguity over whom to contact.

Out of Hours Support
For out of hours support, you can reach the on-call engineers (if you are a valid BleepCare Plan Customer only) between 5:30 pm and 10:30 pm (Monday to Friday) and 09:30 am to 10:30 pm (Weekends and Bank Holidays – excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day);
